NFG-H700 and -H800 are drug core welding wires used to harden welds in carbon dioxide gas welding.

Due to the solder paste, they offer excellent arc stability, superior weldability, and machining, resulting in beautiful, smooth welds with minimal splashing.

The welded metal has high hardness, approximately HV700 and HV800 respectively in the post-welded state, and also has excellent crack resistance.

Application:

NFG-H700 is suitable for hardening and coating protection for parts that are subject to strong wear caused by soil and sand, such as pump casings and pump impellers, in civil works and construction machinery.

NFG-H800 is used for hardening and coating protective coatings for parts that are resistant to soil and sand wear as well as erosion wear, such as pump casings, impellers, excavator buckets and other parts.

Workflow

(1) Generally, it is necessary to preheat to 200°C to 300°C or higher and have an intermediate layer temperature.
