BK-600 provides standard martensitic weld metal and can be welded easily. It has high hardness so it is suitable for soil, sand and light impact abrasion. In addition, it is difficult to process the coating as it is now.
Purpose: Welding dozer links, bucket edges, bucket teeth, etc.
But business procedures
① In general, preheating to 150℃ or higher is required.
② If a hard base material or multi-layer welding is required, use a welding electrode with low hydrogen content (LS-50).
③Dry the soldering iron at 250-300oC for 30-60 minutes before use.
